Anthony Clay is currently the third Menifee Police Officers Association (MPOA) President. Anthony has been involved in the MPOA since its inception in May 2020, when he was the inaugural Vice President. He was elected President in December 2021 and has held this position since. Read More

Alberto Balcazar has been a law enforcement officer for nine years. Before he was in law enforcement, he worked as a bartender at TGI Friday's in La Jolla while completing his bachelor’s degree in sociology from San Diego State University (SDSU). He is currently enrolled in a master’s program that will be complete in April 2023. Read More

Onyemauche “Onye” Agbodike has been with the Menifee Police Department since October 2020. Onye is currently assigned to the Detective Bureau as a General Detective, and she was recently appointed as a Menifee Police Officers Association board member in January 2023. Read More

Kevin Brooks is a board member of the Menifee Police Officers Association. He has been involved in the MPOA since its inception in May 2020. Kevin is happily married, the proud father of six adult kids and the proud grandfather of nine grandkids. Read More

Ryan McNinch has been a police officer since being hired by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department in 2016 and proudly serving that community. He also possesses a bachelor’s degree in legal studies. Ryan joined the Menifee Police Department in 2020 and was initially assigned to patrol as a Field Training Officer. Read More
