Nicole Kemp has been a member of the Menifee Police Department since May 2020. She currently serves as an Investigative Specialist in the Detective Bureau and is the non-sworn representative for the Menifee Police Officers Association (MPOA).
Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Faulker University and is in the process of obtaining her master’s degree in Justice Administration from Faulker University. She began her law enforcement career over 8 years ago.
