Ryan McNinch has been a police officer since being hired by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department in 2016 and proudly serving that community. He also possesses a bachelor’s degree in legal studies. Ryan joined the Menifee Police Department in 2020 and was initially assigned to patrol as a Field Training Officer. He is currently a Detective with the Menifee Police Department and further serves on the SWAT team and as an advisor for the Explorer program, and you can regularly find him at community events. He began serving on the POA Board in December 2021.
